What Is Neurodivergence

Neurodivergence is a term that has gained increasing recognition in recent years. It refers to the concept that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other conditions, are simply variations of the human brain rather than disorders or deficits. This perspective challenges the traditional medical model that pathologizes these differences and instead embraces the idea that neurodivergent individuals have unique strengths and abilities.
